What we collect

- Contact details such as name and job title; contact information including business address, home address (if your business is based from home), phone number and email address; and demographic information such as postcode
- Project related documents, which might be commercially sensitive; and
- Invoices and payment records.

Data is used to deliver consultancy services, for invoicing and communications, and to meet legal and contractual obligations (such as for record keeping).

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, Hayes Acuity has put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected.
Visitors to our Website
When someone visits www.hayesacuity.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site.
This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through my website, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what I intend to do with it.

Cookies are used on this website to anonymously monitor visitor usage of the site to help us maintain and improve the website. No personal data can be collected using this type of cookie, only aggregated statistics about the general use of the site. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by sending Hayes Acuity a request. Requests will be responded to within 30 days.
